Our product portfolio is centered around the Aventa surgical microscope. Amazing optics and incredible red reflex. A floorstand with electronic brakes that is not too big and not too small...it's just right. Programmable, motorized tilt controlled by the touch of a button on the foot control. The red reflex never disappears. As long you can see the patients' eye, the red reflex is brilliant.

"This is a great microscope. The optics are crisp, sharp and clear. The colors are true and the red reflex is beautiful. Having only 1 corneal reflex is a huge benefit - and I can use that corneal reflex to center my IOL’s."

"Optically, this microscope is as good as anything I have ever used, and I have used everything. Plus, I like the color temperature of the light better than any other system."

Bob Cionni, MD

"Great clarity. Great visualization. All 3 surgeons in our practice chose Aventa after evaluating the Zeiss Lumera 700 and Lumera i. I can guarantee you will be happy with the visualization from this microscope."

"The view through this microscope is phenomenal. 3D and ergonomics are very important to me. C-3d provides a beautiful view with great depth of focus. It feels like you are doing surgery from the future. The ability for the binocular to remain on the microscope is a major advantage - especially when transitioning to 3D."

Paul McDaniel, MD

"The optical quality is excellent -- through binoculars and with heads-up 3D. Much smaller footprint than all other microscopes I have used -- great for the OR, especially with heads-up surgery. If I was going to design a scope for cataract surgery, I would design it like this one."

Greg Hazen, MD

...

"The optics are impeccable -- outstanding red reflex helped my capsularhexis go a lot smoother. My staff loves the small footprint and the ease of maneuverability."

Jim Schumer, MD

"The microscope detail is wonderful. The red reflex is fantastic. As a test, I moved the microscope all the way out past the limbus so I could barely see the edge of the iris and the red reflex was maintained in all four directions. I am excited the facility has purchased this microscope and I look forward to using it for many years to come."

"I can't say how much I enjoyed using the Aventa. The coaxial lighting is a very soft light that is extremely well tolerated by the patient -- also very user friendly from a surgeon perspective. It does not create a lot of glare, it gives an incredible red reflex and you can be totally off-axis and still have an amazing red reflex. I had quite a few very dense, very thick cataracts that would typically be very challenging from a viewing perspective, but I could not even tell the difference between these and a mild cataract when using Aventa. Every single case was crystal clear and very, very impressive."

Trey Bishop, MD

"I really enjoyed working with this microscope. When doing vitrectomy and other challenging cases, the microscope made it easy and nice to visualize everything I needed to do. The clarity to the periphery is elegant and cut down my surgery time. I highly recommend it."
